Clone Size Distribution of RPCI
Human PAC Library
Random Clones from RPCI Human PAC Library segments were grown overnight in LB/Kanamycin
(25ug/ml) and DNA was prepared using our miniprep procedure. DNA samples wree
digested with Notl and run on 1% Pulse Field Electrophoresis gels. Molecular weight
determinations were calculated using an Alpha Innotech IS1000 digital imager.
