CHORI's new Microscope & Imaging Facility maintains a Zeiss LSM 710 confocal inverted microscope configured for real-time, live-cell imaging and localization of immunofluorescence of multiple probes in fixed specimen.

• Inverted microscope Zeiss Axio Observer Z1 with motorized stage
• 3 spectral detection channels
• 6 laser lines - 405, 458, 514, 488, 561 594 & 633 nm
• DIC optics 10x, 20x, 40x oil, 63x oil, 63x water
• Live cell imaging stage-top incubator including temperature and CO2 control
• Zeiss ZEN & Physiology time-lapse module
