Call for AbstractS - Deadline Extended!
2008 Annual CHORI Research Symposium

On May 23rd, 2008, CHORI will hold the 4th annual CHORI Research Symposium (CRS), presented by Staff and Clinical Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow Association at CHORI (SPAC). The goal of the CRS is to bring together diverse disciplines within the CHRCO research community and showcase the work of Children’s junior scientists. Junior level investigators, from students through staff and clinical scientists, are invited to submit an abstract outlining their recent research progress in either basic or clinical research.

Abstracts must be submitted to one of four categories: 1) Clinical and Translational Studies, 2) Immunology and Cellular Biology, 3) Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, or 4) Genetics and Genomics.

The deadline for Abstract submission is March 14, 2008.

Abstracts will be selected for oral or poster presentation and presenters will be notified of selected format by late March. Abstracts will be judged based on overall scientific merit but every effort will be made to represent each of the four categories.
