MEN NEEDED FOR DIETARY PROTEIN STUDY
Do you enjoy eating beef? Ever wonder if eating more beef will change your cholesterol? The Center for Cholesterol Research (CRC) can help you learn more about the impact of a beef diet on your health.

The diets must be followed EVERY DAY with NO CHEATING for each 3-week period, and EVERYTHING on the menus must be eaten – no food nor beverage substitutions allowed. Click HERE for more information about the diets. The study is 13 weeks long, during which time you must also be able to:
If you’d like to apply to participate in the study, please print our questionnaire in either Adobe pdf format or as a Microsoft Word document. It can be mailed to us at the address shown on the form. After we receive the questionnaire we will provide more information to help you make your decision to be in this study. Please note, however, that people with certain health issues which would compromise either the study results, or their own health, can not be in the study. This includes those who have heart disease, diabetes, or cancer, or those taking lipid lowering medications, diabetes medications, hormones, certain blood pressure medications, blood thinning agents, and some other drugs.
