General Information:

  • Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00PM
  • The best way to contact us is, by using the Service Desk, please use the link provided in the sidebar
  • If you do not have a CHORI username and password, you may send an email to our tech support account, a link is also provided in the sidebar, or directly by sending an email to: service@chori.org
  • Service desk turn around time is generally:
    • 4 hours for tickets marked an urgent priority
    • 24 hours for item marked with a medium priority
    • Turn around time may vary dependent of current work load
